From making the initial enquiry to the actual treatment, everything was so easy and professional. The lovely lady I spoke to on the phone explained the whole process clearly and made booking a breeze. Steve arrived right on time and was friendly, thorough and professional. Robert and Peter were punctual, polite and explained what they were doing as they worked. They told me that our pets wouldn’t be affected which put me at ease. I thought the price was fairly reasonable too.
