Turned up on time. Technician Luke was professional, polite and explained his procedure for the inspection and treatment of our property. Clearly a very thorough inspection and spray treatment outside. Gave a good and concise summary of his findings and recommendations at the end. Capably assisted by Darryl part way through the job. She took the time to get me the help I needed, called me back and scheduled an appointment at short notice.. She was fantastic. Alex was also amazing..
