Worn out ducted heating service Pensioner couple rang because Gas Ducted Heater was very sooty. Serviceman Dom came and lookedat it. , told us it was too old and dangerous and had to disconnect gas . Time spent at house 10-15 minutes . Charged service fee $220 , seems a bit excessive

Reliable Service Klye attended for Evaporate Cooler service. He informed me he was on his way, punctual and very professional. Since install Breezair on 2008, Kyle has attended most of the occasions, it's nice to have same service person rather than every time different people. When I called the company, the receptionist always have great communication and very pleasant. Darebin Gas service was timely, efficient and reliable. Highly recommended.

Problem Fixed My Seeley heat shut down on Friday night. A tech turned up Saturday morning but couldn’t fix problem. I sent email and I tech turned up today and fixed it. Back in the warm now. Dave was great. 10 out of 10 for everything.

Fast polite competent service Gas central heating stopped this morning, contacted Braemar. They arranged a young technician from Darebin gas to attend this afternoon!! Lovely polite young man had the unit fixed in 20 mins. Amazing and he even said if I had any further problems not to hesitate in calling. Real customer service. Thanks so much.
