My advice stay away from dealing with them directly! As title says their pool products are great but worse service from Compass Pool Sydney. Customer service team is arrogant and intimidating to any request or question. Tried to overcharge on cost but luckily I have all the proof to back my claim. Very stressful dealing with them to be honest. Problem now is their primary franchisee is no longer with them so not sure how warranty will work in future.
Compass - you have great pools however you have teamed up with a real LEMON , the company Fluidra. It is the worst organisation I have ever had the mis pleasure of dealing with. Please fire them to give your product the credibility it deserves.
After doing lots of research and loving the amazing product that compass pool offer we decided to go with compass Pool Melbourne to recommend what pool and install our pool. After several phone calls Compass Pools has now rectified some issues we had wir our pool and our system is currently working without interruptions. We have never heard anything again from Vogue Pools which is the company responsible for the installation of our equipment.
We wanted to install a pool. Our choice came down to Compass Pool or Leisure Pool. We chose the latter. That's simply because the sales from Compass Pool Sydney was so arrogant. He refused to come a second time because he said he is so knowledgeful that he don't have to come back to explain. It is a shame, I did like Compass Pool's colour range, structure of the pool and the in floor cleaning system. I signed up for a Compass Pool prior to our build in July 2017. The Rep left a few weeks later. A "Name Change" a few weeks later. The sub-contractors were leaving in droves, however the installation was completed and late. We moved into the house had great difficulty in trying to get any satisfaction with that company. We use the pool regularly. It's a real pain cleaning the filters and uses so much water. Not sure I'd go with self cleaning again. We had a bad experience from the start. They did the measurements wrong which had repercussions for us financially (building retaining walls etc), then no-one oversaw to pool going in. The concrete around the edge was sloping towards the retaining wall so all of the water pooled there. Too many issues to mention.
First problem, pool was not installed straight. It was 15cm out at one end. The removal and replacing of the pool led to a delay in our building plans, including a crane that got bogged cracking our new sewer pipes. The pool leaks water and although we have kept records, Compass keeps blaming it on evaporation. We are losing at least an inch of water overnight with the cover on.
