At first I was very sceptical about the thought that I wouldn't have to do any work on my pool to keep it clean. To my great surprise after 1 year of now having a clear blue pool with little to none work being spent on it, and even over the winter period - my pool has kept sparkling blue and leaf free. The only thing I have done was added a some salt (Approx 6-8 bags over the year). Our new pool , also our first pool is just amazing. After tossing up between 3 other pool builders we decided on supreme pools in the Albury Wodonga area, a little bit more expensive but only a few grand. What a bonus !! ,John, Luke & Heath are just legends what they don't know about pools isn't worth knowing. Our pool has been in since March and I haven't touched it yet (its the middle of June ) as it is crystal clear, anyone that says compass self cleaning pools don't work obviously have never owned one. We purchased the X Trainer 5 x7 in biluminate sapphire with a tiled water feature edge and Vantage Self cleaning Our installer Jamie was fantastic and the team kept us constantly informed AND worked with our builder. Apart from monthly water testing and hooking up a large acid container regularly there is very little maintenance. We clean our dual cartridges regularly and our Compass equipment has been great keeping the pool clean and looking great. Had a concrete pool and never again. The Compass pool with self cleaning is perfect. You dont have to do a thing. I still have the hose i the bag that it came in and have never used it. Service has been great and the boys were very professional when they installed it. Purchasing the X Trainer 7.2 with the Vantage Inpool self cleaning system was worth every cent. We could have paid a few thousand less and not had the self cleaning system - but then I would be cleaning the pool not swimming in it. The whole team was great.

We recently build a new home which was our 3rd home and we have never had a pool and had always liked the idea of having one so we decided to take the plunge! We were referred to Compass pools and we were very happy we were as they did a great job and were very professionsal the whole way through the process. The in-floor cleaning system the automated system, it would be good to have "names" to speak with rather than a system.

There is no way to contact Compass Pools, the pool manufacturer, themselves. Its one of those companies that deflects everything to the local agent regardless of of how poor the service is from the loacal agent. Their phone number redirects you to your local installer/agent only. I have spoken to my local installers admin person in Townsville who has promised to get someone to call me about my urgent issue. Maybe they will get back to me, but in the meantime I need to keep the ball rolling urgently and I cant because Compass... read more

**WARNING:** **DO NOT PURCHASE or INSTALL A COMPASS POOL** I reside in Central Queensland and had a Compass Pool installed in 2017. Regrettably, the Hydrostatic Valve has malfunctioned, causing the pool to leak through this valve at a rate that the council has informed me of excessive water usage. My family read the Compass Pools reviews and decided the Compass Pool was the right pool for us. The Compass Pools website directed us to their Compass Pools dealer/builder Lifetime Pools. My family purchased a Compass Pool through the Compass Pools dealer Lifetime Pools, who then built the pool. As part of the pool build Lifetime Pools recommended that they build a retaining wall to flow water away from the pool, to which I agreed.
