Service is always professional and thorough. The no-booking system is all well and good, and CMS must have a reason for this system, but from a customer's point of view at my most recent service my machine sat for 2 weeks 'in the queue' when I could have been using it until CMS was ready to do the service. Would booking one's machine in not work for CMS?

Thanks for punctuality and service. I made my first coffee with my serviced machine this morning and it is working well. There is one improvement over when it was new, so I no longer need to hold the group handle, which used to slip out under pressure.

We had a coffee grinder that was not doing its job . We bought it in . It was suggested we have it served . We have it back now , following a service , clean and some new grinding bits .. It is working a treat now . Thx
