I was impressed by my experience at Body & co. From the moment I walked in the atmosphere was calming and professional. The staff were knowledgeable, friendly, and attentive to myself. I tried a Japanese head spa with steam, a foot soak massage and a scalp analysis with a seated head massage, both exceeded my expectations. The shop was spotless, modern, and well-equipped. Highly recommended for anyone looking to help destress and feel fresh. Thanks again to Tanya and the team .

Wow! Where do I even start, for weeks my son complained of back pain and we got turned away from doctors, health professionals and other salons saying he is a child and just being dramatic.
