Disappointing Experience After Such a Great First Visit I rarely leave negative reviews, which makes this particularly disappointing to write. My first experience at Body & Co was amazing. Great but just need to let clients know if you are running more than 10 minutes late I was kept waiting for over 1/2 hr. I was told a few more minutes (15 minutes after my appointment time but still waiting another 15 minutes and I also got there early by 10 minutes to not keep you waiting .
