Everything was great and Patty that checked us in, and assisted with our questions, were fantastic! Definitely a 5/5. In terms of feedback, the pre-arrival mandatory online form is a bit of a pain to have to complete a day in advance, and it would be great if check-in can be 2pm and check-out at 11am because 10am is quite early if you want to go out for a run and have breakfast before checking out 😊 In summary, great stay, great location and great management staff. Thank you!Â

The house was perfect for our family group of 6 adults and 4 children. The pool was great for the kids. So well located with coffee, restaurants, grocery and parks just a few hundred metres away and a nice walk to the beach and main part of Surfers. Great place to stay.Â

We loved our accommodation. It was exactly what it said it was on the website. The check in procedure was very well documented and very easy to follow. The location was fantastic, we ate locally and easily walked across the bridge into the city for more options and shopping. The accommodation itself was really lovely, comfy and having 2 bathrooms was very handy, the champagne and chocolates were much appreciated. The parking was easy and convenient. We loved our stay and would book here again.Â
