I was delaying my review as to be absolutely certain I would receive all of the $2000.00 deposit back but since we left the house in good condition, absolutely nothing broken or destroyed, I expect that nothing will be taken out from this. Perhaps I was enthralled by the photos of the advertised house that so missed the part about the construction next door. Terrible apartment noisy, dark, not the cleanest we have stayed in. No carpet in wardrobe just bare concrete. 2 nights of little sleep with traffic noise until early hours of the morning. Not LUXE as described. Light above front door not working hard to get in. Supermarket shampoo etc. Cheap bottle of sauvignon blanc and hand full of favourite chocolates. Customer service terrible. Had to cancel our booking due to cyclone Alfred, if we travelled we either a) wouldn’t have got there or b) not been able to get home. I understand your refund policy & this is fine, but when you are being advised by QPS, RACQ & more not to travel what are you to do? I also messaged explaining our medical appointment had been canceled & move to May & asked if we could transfer our booking, but had no reply. The apartment was dated and is desperate need of renovating, especially the bathroom which was very mouldy. The outside area was mouldy and had two broken seats, one of which had a nail sticking out of it. The whole building was very run down and is quite out of place for little cove. I have stayed in little cove many times and always had very good accommodation but this apartment was well below expectations. The view and location were however amazing.

A group of 10 including myself booked a house through this website. We had been in contact with the hosts the day of sending them all necessary details and identification needed. Once all was sent we didn’t hear from there. When we arrived we called to find out check in details only to be told “one moment” “I’ll call u right back” about 5 times.
