Perfect location. Great space and facilities. Would stay again for sure. Very quite most of the time as well. Nerida and Peter.
Business response:
Hi, Nerida. We are thrilled to learn that you had a positive experience with us!
Great service and easy to follow. Too many reminder emails though.
Business response:
Hi, Jeroen. Thank you so much for leaving us a stellar review!
I found it really difficult to access and navigate the website. I am a reasonably competent 8o year old but not for this. The staff however were helpful but I have yet to hear whether our requested booking has been confirmed
Business response:
Hi Helen I have sent you an email. if you could kindly try again the link or let us know what seems to be the error on this?
Very smooth experience and the house was in great shape and clean.
Business response:
Hi, Maria. Your feedback is highly appreciated. Thank you for the review!
Although there are beds for the 5 adults, the living area is not very large and verandah is quite small. Table is a very small 6 seater. Photos make room look larger than it is. The 5 of us were comfortable at a push. Be mindful that there are stairs to living section and quite a few stairs from living space to bedrooms (should you have mobility issues.)
I have already submitted a review earlier. Location was good but that was the only positive experience. The house itself was quite dated, no fly screens hence the grandkids freaked out at the sight of huntsmen spiders!! I won’t be back.
I was delaying my review as to be absolutely certain I would receive all of the $2000.00 deposit back but since we left the house in good condition, absolutely nothing broken or destroyed, I expect that nothing will be taken out from this. Perhaps I was enthralled by the photos of the advertised house that so missed the part about the construction next door. The road to the house was closed from Mon-Fri so we had to take the detour road to access the house. Work started about 6.30am, and as with any construction, the noise f... read more
Terrible apartment noisy, dark, not the cleanest we have stayed in. No carpet in wardrobe just bare concrete. 2 nights of little sleep with traffic noise until early hours of the morning. Not LUXE as described. Light above front door not working hard to get in. Supermarket shampoo etc. Cheap bottle of sauvignon blanc and hand full of favourite chocolates. Customer service terrible. Messages generic and unhelpful. Checkout 10am sharp but if we wanted to stay until 11am it would be $74 even though the apartment wasnt booked fo... read more
