i recently sold my house in tsvl through Kody. I never met him face to face as i live in brisbane and all contracts and reports were done via email and i was regularly updated via by text and phone. he implemented a solid marketing strategy based on accurate and relevent stats, trends and information at hand and not 'realtor science'. He provided updates as required without inundation. in the end he sold it in 6 weeks and i would highly recommend to those after results and professional conduct.
