Dealing with kody was an excellent experience. His professionalism, friendly personality and knowledge of what we had to do and who we could go to to get it all done made it easy as first time buyers. I highly recommend kody Dart!
Brett is one of the best estate agents we have ever come across. We both found him very efficient, clear, professional, helpful and very polite. His communication throughout this experience was first class. We are both extremely thankful to both Brett and Ray White.
From my first walkthrough of a property to buy a house to getting the keys to my first home. Kody went above and beyond to help me with anything I needed or had questions above! Highly recommend Kody Dart when purchasing a house. Or anything real-estate oriented for that matter, he is an exceptional human ;)
Ella assisted with the purchase of our second investment property. We were purchasing without being physically able to view the property ourselves and found Ella to be very upfront and honest with the property condition and what would need doing before we were able to rent it out. Ella was also able to provide an accurate rental appraisal and has since had her agency take on our property as a rental. We would definitely seek advice from Ella for all buying or selling queries in the future.
I found Stan to be professional, enthusiastic , with excellent knowledge of the market. He was available at any time, easy to communicate with and of great help to me in getting my house in sale condition. Information was always timely and I was always kept informed how everything was progressing. I would certainly recommend Stan to anyone looking for an agent who strives to get a good result for his clients. I found Stan to be honest and friendly, it was a pleasure to have him as my agent.
Business response:

Kody leaves no stone unturned when it comes to ensuring you are buying a quality property for the right price. I could not recommend anyone else over kody.
Brett was wonderful to work with, very friendly and not pushy at all. He did the job with no fuss or trouble and constantly kept me up to date. Best real estate experience I've had. Highly recommend Brett.
Brett and the team provided nothing but the best advise from the very beginning to achieve a great result very very quickly. Could not recommend higher.
Kody did a great job with selling our house. He did a fantastic job with the marketing the property and showing off the best features of our home. We had a contract within 2 weeks of advertising. Would highly recommend Kody as your agent. Thank you Kody for all your effort.
Business response:
Thanks Matt & Emma! It’s been a pleasure working with you both. I hope you settle well into your new home. If I’m ever down that way I’ll make sure to pop in. Take care.
