I was suprised how knowledgeable Stan was of the market conditions and the strong point's of my property. He made some suggestions regarding low cost ways to make the property more attractive to potential buyers- I followed these and I am certain they contributed to achieving a quick sale. My property went under contract on the day of the first open house at a good price. If i sell a property in the future I will definitely engage Stan.

Hard to rate Kody, we saw him twice during our buying process. Once at the open house and we found him hard to talk to, and 2nd time was us asking to see the home again. He seemed put out by the request. The day of picking up the keys, i had to go to the office a Bushland Beach myself to pick up keys. Kody disappointed us by not being there for hand over. It was an exciting time for us and it was like buying a pair of socks. Very disappointed with the whole process.
