Definitely recommend Kody I first met Kody at an open home when I was looking to buy . I mentioned my property that I wanted to sell and he helped me from that day on . He helped me with builders and recommendations for my existing renovations to get ready for selling . He is a very honest down to earth nice bloke . It was our mothers and sadly she passed during the process and Stan was very considerate ,he guided us to where this house sat in the marketplace and what would be a realistic sale price. Stan was not pushy which was appreciated greatly . He did a great job for both the buyer and seller. Stan is definitely a people person which is an asset as people can relate to him. He knows his stuff and came across as someone who could be trusted.
