Wonderful personalised service as I have come to expect from AIM. The receptionists were welcoming and efficient before and after the appointment, Helen was professional and helpful in explaining treatment options and Cathy undertook a thorough and careful periodontal clean and polish.

I was a little surprised that I had some out of pocket expenses with my scale and clean. I was of the understanding that my HBF would cover this annual treatment. I noticed that there were a couple of items on the receipt that were not covered by the health fund. I'm not convinced that this has been the case in previous treatments.
