Staff are always helpful and friendly at the Innaloo branch. During my visit for teeth clean and routine check-up yesterday, Theo and Dr Helen were great. Also, the dental receptionist was extremely helpful working out costs when my BUPA cover was included in a quotation for recommended dental work for my next visit.

The staff are so friendly and they go out of the way to give you the best treatment. I also appreciate they give you advice on treatments and options when something is expensive.

Mine was an emergency appointment after breaking a tooth. Fitted me in promptly and the treatment was provided by Dr Kia Hoveyday. Kia puts his patient at ease and told me exactly what he was going to do with updates during the treatment. Very professional but with a great bedside manner. Very happy with the outcome. The front office staff were very helpful and friendly.
