They resized my wedding band and damaged the surface of my ring with an aggressive polish. They then had the gall to lie to my face and say that the surface would repair itself with time. I’ve just spent $300 getting the ring shipped to and from the the original jeweller in Melbourne that made the ring to repair it back to the original state.
