So helpful! I wasn’t sure if there would be a solution for my earrings as they were just costume jewellery but they were easily converted into post backs and done in time for me to wear them to a wedding. Thank you!

Medallion was repaired and while not able to assist with diamond replacement was able to offer a solution

I was quoted for re-sizing a ring, told it would be ready in about 2 weeks which it was & I came to collect - all done & fitting well. I had had this ring made for me by you 3 years ago & trust your business to do repairs in a quality fashion for a reasonable price.
