Tim and Sheree are fabulous! Beautiful, friendly and most of all kind people. They ordered in a chain to replace a broken one and fixed it to length for me within a week. Definitely recommend for any jewellery repairs! My piece is not expensive but it's the sentimental value and they understand that. Thank you!
Sheree and Tim are awesome! I am very particular about my jewellery colours, lengths and settings, and on a recent trip to see them, they found me everything on my wish list (and even a couple more perfect items that weren’t! 😂). They also repaired some sentimental pieces that I love very much. I will definitely be returning to this fabulous shop 💛thanks guys!!!

Service and quality workmanship.
As the saying goes, " For the loss of a nail, a battle was lost." However, in this case the loss of a ruby from an engagement ring meant an exquisite new ring was made. After the engagement ring and wedding ring were cut off the arthritic finger, it was found they were too worn to fix. What amazing service. I needed an inexpensive ring fixed and resized, they were happy to do the job. Such reasonable prices,I then got my wedding rings rhodium plated at a fraction of the price from larger stores. I’m now looking around for other items which need fixing. It’s so great to find a place where they have the skills to fix and repair on site and in very short turnaround. Thank you.
