Knowledge was extremely up to date with the market and advise was expertly relayed. The interaction between Ben and the tenant was beyond expectations, the tenant was informed all the way and then helped to find another rental and in this competitive environment this made me feel a lot better about someone being out of a home. I was constantly kept informed about the progress of the sale which was appreciated since I live away from Brisbane and was not able to be on site.
