As far as we were concerned Jacob's knowledge of the market was excellent and his ability to seek and find genuine buyers very good. We appre ciated the fact that he managed all the intervires and business side of the deals.
Ben was professional from the start to the very end, super knowledgeable on markets and provided advice in our best interest as to when he believed we could get better market price for the house even if that meant we held off on selling for 6 months, and he was right!! Our house was on the market for just over a week and Ben and his team negotiated well above asking price for our house. Would have him sell our house in a heartbeat, no doubt!

Ben has a vast knowledge of the market and was very informative in all areas. Also very present as an agent, (there were a couple of questions and issues during the settlement period) but Ben stayed on top of it all and followed up countlessly.
