Jacob is easily one of the best agents I’ve worked with in my career as a Buyers Agent. Always transparent, and goes above and beyond for his clients - including responding to my late Friday night offers! Him and his team made the entire process very seamless. I would definitely recommend for anyone looking to sell their property.
Jacob did a great job in both preparing for the sale process and creating an environment to achieve the best price. I have used Wilson's for several years to manage the property, of which they have done an excellent job, so they were the logical choice to handle the sale.
From the moment we met Ben, we knew we were in good hands. He's genuinely lovely. He listened to our needs, understood our concerns, and never pressured us into anything we weren't comfortable with. He was incredibly supportive throughout the entire journey. If you're looking for someone who is genuine, knowledgeable, professional, and truly cares - it's Ben.
Business response:
It was an absolute pleasure! Congratulations again
We recently had the pleasure of purchasing a property through Jacob and the experience was second to none! Jacob was a top communicator and went above and beyond in delivering a seamless transaction. I wouldn't hesitate to recommend Jacob to anyone looking to buy or sell!
The experience buying through Jacob was seamless. His communication was excellent, super willing to accommodate all our requests, and was extremely knowledgeable too. Would have no hesitation in recommending Jacob to anyone looking at buying or selling.
What a fantastic experience. Professional advice and action. No question of anything but top integrity for seller and buyer. I value a win/win situation and it was absolutely achieved.
TEAM-together everyone achieves more. That is how we would describe our engagement with Ben Wilson and the Wilson Property Group. We were given great guidance to maximise the sale of our family home of 40 years. Ben checked in regularly with us, gave us regular market updates, encouraged us to be realistic but strive for more in our expectations. He guided us through the marketing and sales process and his expertise along with Randall and Jacob helped us achieve a successful sale in a fortnight.
Business response:
Such a rewarding sale this one! Thank you again for your trust in what we do!
Jacob from Wilson Property Group was very professional to deal with. He achieved a record price in the townhouse complex for us and all dealings with him and his team were prompt, professional and efficient. I wouldn't hesitate to use Jacob from Wilson Property Group in the future
Business response:
