I dealt with several of the team at Wilco on a burst water pipe issue. They were all very easy to deal with, polite and respectful. They did what they said they would do and kept me informed with any changes to timing etc. I didn't compare the pricing with any competitors so I cannot comment on their charge rates specifically, but I will say I was happy the quality of the work and what I paid for it.
Justin was very knowledgeable and personable. A credit to your company.
Plumber was on time and gave me a couple of options to solve my problem. There was no pressure and decisions were left to me. The work was fast and high quality products were installed that are already being useful. Very highly recommended!
Our neighbour was having works done on her pipe and we coincidentally had a similar issue. Wilco assessed the pipe with a camera which was much better quality than the company I had come through previously to clear the pipe. Wilco did a ton of work to try to help us get the work covered by insurance but unfortunately they denied the claim so we did not proceed with the repairs. We feel that we got a very good and prompt service. The plumber explained why the work was essential and we have had no issues since.

Arrived on time, respectful of home by offer to remove shoes, assessed the issue, accessed the part required immediately and job completed to a high level of professionalism and then area cleaned afterwards. Also quoted on a future job while there. Great service and would use again!
