Booking an inspection for our blocked drain was quick and straightforward. The plumber was friendly, easy to communicate with, fixed the issue without any hassle, and offered a very fair price. Would definitely contact them again if we need anything fixed in the future.
I had a frequently blocked sewer. So I called Wilco Plumbing for an inspection. They arrived the next day. They recommended getting the sewer relined, would give me peace of mind with 30 years warranty. A given quote was to my expectation and the work was carried out the following day. I strongly recommend this company.
Excellent service. The plumber identified that we only need maintenance work. The whole job ended up being significantly cheaper than quoted by others. Every other plumber we requested a quote from decided (without checking) that our entire water system was broken, then used scare tactics and blame to get us to hire them. With $5000+ fees. I will definitely be calling Wilco again. Don’t hesitate to hire them.
I found the plumbers to be professional with their work and very knowledgeable. The office would call me to organise a time best for me for the work to be carried out. The guys removed all the rubbish and cleaned up after the work was completed.
I dealt with several of the team at Wilco on a burst water pipe issue. They were all very easy to deal with, polite and respectful. They did what they said they would do and kept me informed with any changes to timing etc. I didn't compare the pricing with any competitors so I cannot comment on their charge rates specifically, but I will say I was happy the quality of the work and what I paid for it.

Plumber was on time and gave me a couple of options to solve my problem. There was no pressure and decisions were left to me. The work was fast and high quality products were installed that are already being useful. Very highly recommended!
