Our neighbour was having works done on her pipe and we coincidentally had a similar issue. Wilco assessed the pipe with a camera which was much better quality than the company I had come through previously to clear the pipe. Wilco did a ton of work to try to help us get the work covered by insurance but unfortunately they denied the claim so we did not proceed with the repairs. I called Wilco in regards to a root problem in the sewer pipes and had a seamless booking with the office. Had a plumber named Brayden attend my home and he was very clear explaining the issue and came up with a few solutions. I chose the re-lining option as I did not want to rip up my yard. Arrived on time and were very helpful with itemising the bill and outlining exactly what was to be done. Professional and expert, they completed the job thoroughly and fixed multiple issues in an old apartment without fuss. The two plumbers who were sent out were excellent and polite. Five stars!
