We required a replacement gas hot water system and from the time originally on the phone to installation and the finish of the job we were extremely satisfied. Worth recommending. This is the second time using the company, previously was for pipe inspection and shower reseal in our onsuite bathroom. Great business and would use again when in need.
Did a fantastic job on Pipe Relign and replacing terracotta piping. Very professional.
Very professional, know their trade. Due to the cost of the pipe relining, they didn't just jump in and say it has to be done. They spent time clearing the roots and then assessing the condition. Every step was explained, shown the condition of the damage on the camera before advising me. I could see it was obvious that a reline was required. Thomas was the Technician who came to service the work at our property in November he advised me by phone that he was on the way despite the small delay He was polite , honest , offered a choice with the replacement / repair work Was careful with the work being conducted I was happy with his service & professionalism & added touches The over all price I paid for the work & replacement of units replaced seemed a bit excessive which was a downside to the image of Wilco & 365 Building Solutions
The people we dealt with were very friendly, professional and informative. Everything was explicitly explained to us. We were shown the options and left to choose. There was no pressure. The work was done very well and everything was left in a clean, tidy state.
Bean very happy with them where all polite clean work so good so far very happy!
