I called Wilco around about 5pm and spoke to a lovely person who took all our details and exactly what the problem was. Brydon turned up at 6.30 and what a pleasant surprise to find such a very knowledgeable young man. He found the problem in 5 min and put myself and my wife who has mild dementia at ease that he would fix it tonight which he did,but it was the other things he did like he checked under the kitchen sink and in the laundry just to let our minds rest easy.
