the lady I spoke to on the phone was very helpful, cheerful and polite. She rang to let me know when my rugs were being collected and again when being returned. The young man who collected and returned rugs had a lovely disposition. AND MY RUGS Wow... they came back like new. So pleased, we couldn't be happier. Thank You all.
