Had my huge flokati rug cleaned on 2 separate occasions and been very happy with the results - returned as new .. pick up and delivery included.

I’ve used them twice for end of lease carpet cleans and both times I’ve had my bond fully refunded. The carpets came back cleaner than the beginning of my tenancy and always smelling amazing! Had our very large rug cleaned and I must say, what a brilliant job. Pick up was fast and on time, great communication throughout and drop of was just as easy. We even got to pay at the door. It’s great knowing we didn’t have transport our rug anywhere, extra bonus. Our rug smells beautiful and it’s so soft to walk on. Thank you. Definitely recommend this business. Will use again.

I had 6 rugs cleaned. 2 very large, 2 medium and 2 small ones. I paid $388 with a 20% discount which I thought was a great price. My rugs were so grubby thanks to my daughters new dog and of course heavy traffic throughout. The rugs were picked up and delivered a week later. WhoWho emailed me a couple of days before delivery to let me know that one of the rugs although cleaned, did not lift some of the pile in a small area. Hello. I just had our rug delivered today after the Who Who cleaning service and just wow! This large rug was rolled up in our garage for 2.5 years and had a number of deep stains. It cost a small fortune to purchase so this was my last attempt (after many home cleaning and steam vacuum hires) to salvage the rug. Who Who was so easy.
