Lawrence was professional, warm, and understanding. He made it as hassle free as possible. One of the best experiences I have ever had with an agent! Lawrence has done his job really well and in an efficient way. We are another happy buyer of him.
We are absolutely delighted with the outcome of selling our property for the third time with Wenting. She has once again achieved a great result for us! Wenting has been incredibly professional, knowledgeable, and dedicated throughout the whole process, providing us with exceptional customer service. She has always been available to answer our questions, provide updates and offer guidance, making the whole experience stress-free and enjoyable. We would highly recommend Wenting and the team
Tracy is the best agent in Epping and Eastwood area. She is very professional and knowledgeable in the market. Tracy's team is also very helpful and make transaction go very smoothly.
I am so grateful for Wenting’s hard work and dedication. She was extremely helpful, open, transparent, patient and reliable through the sale process of my unit. With her strong belief and tirelessly efforts, she achieved a very satisfactory result amid the depressed property market impacted by high interest rates and over supply. I highly recommend Wenting without any reservations.
My parents decided to sell their long time home, so we contacted two realestate agents for their appraisal, one being Tracy Yap. It was an easy decision to engage Tracy to conduct the sale for us. She has been in the area for a long time and knows it well. Her advice was practical and relevant considering the age and type of home it was. She is great to work with, and always kept us informed. I would not hesitate to recommend Tracy if you are selling your property.
Wenting has done a great in selling our property, she manage to sell it in the first open house and at a very good price. She is very professional, very helpful and the whole process went very smoothly.
We are very happy with Lawrence's service who knows the market well and provided accurate information for us to decide the timing and set the correct price for the sale of our property. We felt we were well looked after and satisfied with the result. His professionalism is impressive. Always on time! We have already recommended him to our friend who is planning to sell her property nearby.
He Really looked after us and communicated every step of the way
Great service and beyond expectations! We were very impressed with Wenting's knowledge and communication skills. She understands the market and achieved the price which she quoted us at the first meeting. She pays attention to details, and is always reachable and polite, such a pleasure to work with. We are very happy with the result and have no hesitation to recommend Wenting to any home owners who are considering selling.
