Great selling experience, highly recommend. I had a very positive experience working with Mandy to sell my property. From my very first meeting, she demonstrated deep market knowledge for Epping area, and a genuine commitment to achieving the best outcome for me. She had a clear pricing and marketing strategy in mind for the property, and kept me informed throughout the whole process. I sold the property quickly and within expectation of our asking price.
Danny and Tracy’s appraisal was in line with our suburb pricing and the campaign commenced four weeks before auction. The house was open Wednesday’s and Saturday’s, they had parties through on both days every week and they kept us informed after every viewing. They all worked very hard on auction day and even though it was a slow start they did not give up and achieved a price we we were extremely happy with.
