Lawrence and his right hand Samantha Fong provided excellent service during selling my unit. Frendly, always available with help, not pushing with they services(v.important to me). Suggested staging and conveyancing services were spot on. Thanks Lawrence and Samantha
Lawrence was very professional. He was warm and understanding and showed great empathy why selling our elderly parents home. Lawrence kept us informed throughout the process. His positive attitude kept us focused during very market conditions. We highly recommend Lawrence Services.
Found Lawrence to be very knowledgeable about the financial prospects of the area as well as a fair negotiator. Friendly and conversational too, goes without saying that's a plus. Responded quickly to emails, would say I'm happy with the service overall.
Lawrence has extensive knowledge of the specific area as well as property in the surrounding suburbs. He guided me through the process without any hesitation and made it as hassle free as possible. He was able to cater to my every request and helped me rectify any issues I had throughout the process. I would definitely recommend Lawrence to both vendors and buyers. Absolutely amazing work!
Lawrence is friendly, enthusiastic and knowledgeable about the market and is quick to respond to our queries and keep a close communication with us until my wife and I were able to purchase the property we wanted to have. He is understanding of our needs when we are looking for a property and is also helpful to recommend the after-sales services. We are thankful for his passion and dedication!

Thank you Wenting and Lynn who sold our property within 2 weeks, and for a great result, exceeding our expectations! They kept us informed throughout the entire process. Their communication skills and knowledge of the market were very impressive. This is the second time we worked with Tracy Yap Realty to sell our property.
