Just wanted to say thank you to the night staff and the vet Anita (I think) for staying back so late after her shift finished (on New Year's Eve especially) to help make sure our cat jasper was at rest and not in pain anymore. It's got to be a hard job you guys have not to get emotionally involved in cases like ours.
