What an absolutely wonderful experience we had during a very traumatic time when our dog was admitted for emergency treatment following a seizure. All of the staff were so wonderful, compassionate and supportive. Vet Chris O’Grady kept us fully informed with Buster’s progress throughout the diagnosis phase. He called us to give an update during the evening. About 7 years ago we handed little Donkey to the doctors. She ate a puffer fish in Rushcutters Bay. In the car, her limbs went dead and as I handed her to the doc, her heart stopped beating. Fast forward 7 years, Donkey is 8,5, has lived in Hong Kong and Berlin. At the moment she’s jumping around on the rocks and the beach in Portugal. Her life was saved and I have no words to express my gratitude. �
My beautiful 12 y.o burmese cat Romeo was recently referred to the cardiologist at Sydney University Veterinary Teaching Hospital after having being diagnosed with heart failure after numerous xrays, ultrasounds and fluid being removed. No, it's definitely not the cheapest place around, however they have all equipment you'll ever need and I feel much more at ease knowing my boy is seeing someone who actually studied and has a passion in animal hearts.
