Technician was on time , friendly and completed task very quickly.
Very challenging to get a booking that suits people who don’t work a standard 9-5 or work from home. Nothing across the weekends or afternoons and no way to book in advance outside of one week which makes it impossible to organise a job. Service was carried out by real estate agents- I came back from my international trip to find rubbish left from the new device on my kitchen floor, the old battery thrown into my sick in a pot of water and the dust from the holes in the roof not cleaned up.

these people completed a review on one of my rental properties. I was expecting them to send be a bill which they never did and i ended up forgetting about it with everything else going on. 6 months down the track they send me a letter of demand threatening me, so i paid them 15 mins after getting it and apologised that this happend, even though there was no wrong doing on my part and explained that i never received a bill. i asked them for confirmation that they received my payment twice afterwards with no response. will no... read more

Is it normal for one of the inspectors at the end a 10-min job to ask to use the toilet of my empty apartment, do a poo then leave water drops on the bathroom floor because it’s an empty apartment with no towels?

The person who inspect the property, Alexandra, is inconsiderate and got no respect for us. Ask to call before arrival but didn’t. Didn’t take off shoes whenever she enter the house when already said so many times no shoes in the house! I have to clean the floor after she left because of that. Told her to let me know when she enter the baby room but didn’t do so. On the lights, open the garage door, but did not care about closing the door and switching off the lights after she left. Overall, very unhappy with the inspection.
Hopeless. Had no idea what was going on from start to finish. No contact with Taskforce at all. Only contact was with the Estate Agent when I called and spoke to them. Hope l never have to deal with this mob ever again.

Technician left screws on the floor and I almost step on them and could have injured myself
Disappointed that they arrived 3 hours before the scheduled appointment. Especially seeing I work night shift and got woken up. Otherwise the technician was polite and efficient.
