Great to deal with and very knowledgable As our Body Corporate chairperson I have had many dealings with Siobhan from SSKB in the past couple of years and I have always found her to be professional and knowledgeable. She runs the committee meetings in a great manner and takes time out to explain the meanings and concepts to those that require it.

Professional Guidance and Assistance I have had a property in a Strata title on the far northern NSW coast for eleven years under continual management of SSKB. SSKB, Our Heroes Hi all, Our CTS is the largest of one of 3 in our building Scheme which consists of 6 Lots. We are in the establishment phase with our new Strata Manager SSKB and we came across with a pile of complex baggage. Campus Tech Park #2 Alex LaMotta and her team are very professional. Punctual and well prepared for all meetings. Her support personnel are fully briefed on matters that I raise, and respond on a timely basis. If Alex does not have the information available in meetings, she is able to search on line to retrieve the data. She has always been very supportive and prepared to meet on site if requested offering alternative solutions.
