Professional Support Kate Rawnsley is our Community Manager at SSKB and is a pleasure to work with. Kate is always very professional and provides exceptional service. Our meetings always run smoothly and Kate responds to and actions requests in an organised and timely manner. I have also found Traci Miller to be very helpful and knowledgeable.
Great Strata Management Team Lisa Li is the Community Manager to our 29 unit complex in Arundel. She deals with inquires professionally and quickly. Lisa shown decisiveness in dealing with a difficult problem recently (such as the damage of common property). Great team to work with SSKB are long-time BC Managers at Headland Tropicana. They always provide a professional service, particularly Rachael Chapman and Brendan Edwards at Maroochydore. They are knowledgeable, responsive, great to work with.
Professional support in a minefield Paige Allport from sskb, responsible for managing our apartment in Bundoora was chairing this year's AGM with amazing knowledge and professionalism. The 2-storey building, only 4 years old, has flammable cladding and we can only hope, Paige and the committee cam get us through this legal minefield without exorbitant cost.
Great support from the team at SSKB, and in particular, Siobhan. Our community manager at SSKB, Siobhan Beagley, does a wonderful job for our body corporate. She completes all our paperwork in a timely fashion and communicates very effectively. If she doesn't know an answer to a question immediately, she has the resources available to find it quickly for us. She always has a friendly and welcoming manner and never makes anyone feel as if they have asked a silly question.
Absolute pleasure Kristy Roumeliotis was an absolute pleasure to deal with. I recently needed to organise new keys and a garage door opener for my place. I sent an email to Kristy who replied back to me immediately and action my request straight away. She also followed up to check if I needed anything else. Her and the team at SSKB have always been so great to deal with.
A very knowledgeable and professional service. As chairperson of Cape Blue Body Corp I have been involved with Siobhan our SSKB strata manager for a good few years. She always carries out her tasks in a very professional manner, while doing this she has time for everyone.
