My local grid company noticed our solar system is not feeding and alert us. I contacted Solarspecs customer service. Very quick to act on warranty replacement. However Solaredge inverter had failed twice in 7 years. That’s not installer’s fault but at least they replaced it immediately.

Original contact was positive and Troy was very patient as he explained the process and various benefits of system. The process to final approval and the installation was smooth and Zack and his team were very prompt, efficient and extremely competent. All done within time frame promised and exceeded expectations. Delighted with final result and look forward to benefits of solar system into the future.

We have dealt with Specialized Solar and Electrical with both Solar and Air Conditioning and can say that the service and attention to detail has been second to none. We are very happy with ALL Staff there including Chelsea and Rachael and Anthony and their Tradespeople. They will do all they can to help you achieve your goal and both are friendly and know their jobs. Highly recommend Specialised Solar. I used them to install solar at my mum's houseScott the sales consultant was so patient and knowledgeable. We had tried to get solar several times, the companies that we had originally tried to deal with were unresponsive, poor communicators, and very slack like they didn’t want our business. From this experience we were looking at not bothering to get solar, it seemed all too hard.
