I was a little confused at times between the various payments (grants & loans), but SS&E were patient and explained the process (more than once), patiently and respectfully - thank you. The technicians and tradies who came to my house to do the pre-check and the actually work, were fantastic and answered my questions and explained the systems helpfully and well.

I used Specialised Solar to install a heat pump to replace my gas HWS and also had them clean my solar panels. I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. They provide the info they say they will (in a form you can understand!), they call you back when they say they will, they turn up when they say they will, and they do what they've said they will do!!! Great customer service from this company. From start to finish getting my solar quoted and installed was very straight forward. Once I got the approval for the government rebate the site inspection was done the following day and the install was completed within 4 days, there was an extra day due to a public holiday or it would have been done in 3 days. I would definitely recommend Specialized Solar the staff are super helpful

We had a Tesla battery installed Feb 2024. The experience with Specialised Solar was very positive. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Final inspection (3rd party) was very prompt. A couple of minor issues along the way were handled promptly and positively by the Specialised Solar team. Customer service and their focus on the customer was outstanding. We highly recommend them for a positive experience and a professional installation.
