Great customer service from this company. From start to finish getting my solar quoted and installed was very straight forward. Once I got the approval for the government rebate the site inspection was done the following day and the install was completed within 4 days, there was an extra day due to a public holiday or it would have been done in 3 days. I would definitely recommend Specialized Solar the staff are super helpful

We had a Tesla battery installed Feb 2024. The experience with Specialised Solar was very positive. Communication was excellent throughout the process. Final inspection (3rd party) was very prompt. A couple of minor issues along the way were handled promptly and positively by the Specialised Solar team. Customer service and their focus on the customer was outstanding. We highly recommend them for a positive experience and a professional installation.

I made contact with Specialized through the Bayside Council program. My plan was to replace my small, aging solar, my 8-y-o gas water heater and my 27-y-o gas cooktop. First came the on-site inspection. Talking to people during and since the installation, I had not realised what could go wrong. Was there enough power coming to my property ? All went smoothly and is working well. The support with forms and the multiple processes was great, but a lot more people involved than I expected. I am IT-literate and spend a lot of my time helping 70+ friends navigate the digital world. Many over-70's will struggle and need your help. I'm guessing that younger families, eg my sons, are too busy with careers and families to go through the conversion. Don't know how you overcome that.

My local grid company noticed our solar system is not feeding and alert us. I contacted Solarspecs customer service. Very quick to act on warranty replacement. However Solaredge inverter had failed twice in 7 years. That’s not installer’s fault but at least they replaced it immediately.

Original contact was positive and Troy was very patient as he explained the process and various benefits of system. The process to final approval and the installation was smooth and Zack and his team were very prompt, efficient and extremely competent. All done within time frame promised and exceeded expectations. Delighted with final result and look forward to benefits of solar system into the future.
