I was a little confused at times between the various payments (grants & loans), but SS&E were patient and explained the process (more than once), patiently and respectfully - thank you. The technicians and tradies who came to my house to do the pre-check and the actually work, were fantastic and answered my questions and explained the systems helpfully and well.

I used Specialised Solar to install a heat pump to replace my gas HWS and also had them clean my solar panels. I have to say it was a great experience from beginning to end. They provide the info they say they will (in a form you can understand!), they call you back when they say they will, they turn up when they say they will, and they do what they've said they will do!!!
