Quick to answer the phone and issued a ticket via email. "Repair" occurred during business days and was prompt. Also explanations and followup occurred. Appears that an earlier SolarEdge firmware update did not occur. All panels working. Assisted by Gurvinder Costal
We didn't know much about our solar options, and the advice and information we got from the team at Specialized was fantastic. I wish every company worked like this. Before and during the installation process, the team helped us set our expectations and kept us informed all the way. The installers were friendly and helpful too, and cleaned up afterwards so well we were amazed. I would not hesitate to recommend Specialized.

Excellent experience dealing with Specialized Solar & Electrical from quote to installation of Heat Pump. Extremely helpful sales and operations staff. Installation crew were very efficient and left everything clean and tidy. All round a great customer experience
We are very impressed with all the preparation work and then the actual installation. Customer service officers Tim,Tom, Chelsea,Jess were great. Checking in, follow- ups, explaining the process. Installation crew Louis and assistant were professional and competent and completed the job to our satisfaction.
