Quick to answer the phone and issued a ticket via email. "Repair" occurred during business days and was prompt. Also explanations and followup occurred. Appears that an earlier SolarEdge firmware update did not occur. All panels working. Assisted by Gurvinder CostalÂ
We didn't know much about our solar options, and the advice and information we got from the team at Specialized was fantastic. I wish every company worked like this. Before and during the installation process, the team helped us set our expectations and kept us informed all the way. The installers were friendly and helpful too, and cleaned up afterwards so well we were amazed. I would not hesitate to recommend Specialized.Â

We are very impressed with all the preparation work and then the actual installation. Customer service officers Tim,Tom, Chelsea,Jess were great. Checking in, follow- ups, explaining the process. Installation crew Louis and assistant were professional and competent and completed the job to our satisfaction.Â
We can highly recommend Specialized Solar. They did a great job overseeing our whole electrification project that included solar, 2X split systems, electric heat pump and the installation of an induction cooker. Apart from the purchase of the induction stove, everything was arranged by the company so it’s virtually a one stop shop when it comes to solar and electric appliances. Everything was installed over a 2 day period and the communication was excellent, as were the online meetings with Scott during the planning phase.Â
The installation of the Solar Panels went very well. The electricians were very efficient in their work and cleaned up when they finished.Â
The whole experience was easy and I dealt with great people. I would like to especially mention Will and his team who installed the solar as they were so friendly, polite and complete professionals.Â
