We obtained several quotations. Specialized Solar quotation was initially done remotely, which worked as well as onsite visits. Communication was very good as the process continued. Once we had accepted their quotation an onsite visit was arranged which involved minor adjustments to the quotation. Installation proceeded very well over a 2-day period. A couple of follow-up issues were dealt with quickly. Communication with staff including Tim, Jake, Omar, Jess, Chelsea and Racheal was great throughout the process.
The installation did not take long, once booked in. Service men were very efficient
Had solar installed in 2021 and added a Sungrow battery in 2025. The team was very helpful in terms of assessing our needs and managing the installation and paperwork. Customer service and communication was good. We are happy with the installation. We have also been happy with follow up when we have needed it. We went with Amber as a retailer and the automation works well with our system.
Rachel was friendly, had excellent communication skills and was able to resolve my issue quickly and painlessly. She was proactive and followed us to make sure my problem was resolved. She provided my best customer experience of the year!
Inverter change
Dealing with Spec Solar has been an excellent experience. Their customer service has been terrific. They have handled all aspects of the process(paperwork regulatory requirements follow up etc) professionally and in a timely manner The installation team was also great they did their job well and were great cleaning up afterwards. I would highly recommend the Spec Solar teams services.
Zeb talked me through talking the dongle out waiting Agee minutes and replacing it no one had suggested that before solved the problem
