We were actually referred to these guys by 2 other mechanics & thank god they did as we have been SO impressed with the team @ Specialist Auto care, Cambridge TAS. My experience was mixed. Happy with the service but the customer service offered was mixed. I was asked to sign a firm covering the courtesy car I had for the day. I’d never seen this form before and wanted to understand what I was signing up for. When I asked a question I was first told not to worry just sign the form. When I insisted staff were unable to answer the question then turned quite nasty with me. It’s perfectly reasonable to ask a question or ask for clarification.
