My experience was mixed. Happy with the service but the customer service offered was mixed. I was asked to sign a firm covering the courtesy car I had for the day. I’d never seen this form before and wanted to understand what I was signing up for. When I asked a question I was first told not to worry just sign the form. When I insisted staff were unable to answer the question then turned quite nasty with me. It’s perfectly reasonable to ask a question or ask for clarification. Everything I asked for was done by the time they said. The only other thing I could say was that if my gearbox oil needed changing then give me a call and I would have asked them to do it there and then. But that was nothing major and I was very happy with everything else and booked my wife’s car in while I was there

Staff so friendly and courteous. Left my motor home for maintenance and small repairs. All work was carried out and details explained to me at time of payment and reasonable rates. Courtesy car was offered to me, I will continue taking my van to them as customer services 10 out of 10.
