Really happy with the experience with Solar Harbour. From the first conversation, the team was easy to deal with and explained everything properly without making it confusing. They helped us choose the right system and battery for our home and were upfront about the costs, savings and rebates. Installation was also smooth and the team kept us updated throughout the process. Overall, great service and good people to deal with. Would definitely recommend Solar Harbour if you’re looking at getting solar or a battery.

Really quick with the quote process, responsiveness and installation after approval. Very happy with Solar Harbour, would recommend. I would recommend though to only get what you need and not feel pressured into getting a bigger system than you need.

I'm happy that I made the discussion to get a solar battery installed but I beleive i did not need that size and could have saved some money instead. I wasn't given any options on the size and now I found out it is way bigger then I needed. I could have been quoted a smaller system but I wasn't. Other then that I will be more cautious on getting more quotes.
My first contact with Solar Harbour was with Bella Harper , who explained to me every aspect of getting solar panels and batteries , highlighting the whole process which made it easier for me to understand what is going on . Also when the installer contacted me to arrange a date to start the installation, they were there on time and conducted the work in a professional and friendly manner .
