The young man who attended, Rizky was very attentive to my needs and although it was outside his range of experience he worked for 2-3 hours and finally conquered the problem. He upgraded the plug with resounding success and maintained the pricing quoted . I’m extremely pleased with the outcome and would recommend the company to family and friends, great job Rizky! My Gerni is now good for another 10 years.

Incredible service from start to finish - the admin team were very kind and happy to assist with booking a tech to come and unclog my drain. awesome plumbing service from Medhane - Medhane explained what was the issue and provided a competitive no fuss quote (the $50 off first service promotion is LIFESAVING!). Very fast, clean and professional, Medhane wanted to ensure that I was happy with his work before finalising payment. Rizky did a great job installing a downlight in an old house. He arrived on time, quickly gave a quote, and did the job straight away. He also warned me about possible asbestos in the ceiling, and helped me with the clean up.
