Needed a kitchen mixer changed urgently. The whole process was seamless and friendly. The plumber was on site within a couple of hours. The plumber worked with care and had a clean work space. Great Job. The pricing was very reasonable. I would definitely use these guys again.

Had a fantastic Plumbing and Electrical inspection with Jackob for a property pre purchase. His inputs helped us identify few issues not meeting the compliance and we were able to inform the owners and they agreed to fix them before settlement. SilverWater Plumbing has become our go-to plumbing service for the lady 3 years. Friday 7/02/25 Ryan paid a complementary visit to check out the health of the Evo Heat pump that was installed 3 years ago. Perfect score. He suggested we might consider installing a water-filter and we agreed. It was installed that same morning. Plumbers from SilverWater Plumbing are always helpful, prompt, courteous and efficient. They were good and great. Not excellent. Did the job in the time they advised and were no hidden costs, all agreed and transparent up front. Professional business practices. Common courtesy from the team. Respectful. However, I don’t know enough about plumbing but some of their work didn’t seem 100% professional. They installed used insulation on pipework instead of new material and had pipework tapped directly from mains water meter and gas meters. The technicians, were very polite and left the site clean.The installation didn't take as long as inspected. The office staff were also great. Would recommend Silverwater Plumbing and Electrical to everyone. Their quote was not the highest or cheapest.
