They were good and great. Not excellent. Did the job in the time they advised and were no hidden costs, all agreed and transparent up front. Professional business practices. Common courtesy from the team. Respectful. However, I don’t know enough about plumbing but some of their work didn’t seem 100% professional. They installed used insulation on pipework instead of new material and had pipework tapped directly from mains water meter and gas meters. The technicians, were very polite and left the site clean.The installation didn't take as long as inspected. The office staff were also great. Would recommend Silverwater Plumbing and Electrical to everyone. Their quote was not the highest or cheapest.
