Leaking investigation - Abdul arrived on time, was very professional and did a great job of locating the leak, explaining in detail the problem and providing a reasonable quote for the repair job. Highly recommended!

I chose this company based on their 5-star reviews. While they were professional and did good work, I found their pricing to be high. I strongly recommend getting a second opinion and comparing quotes. Another company called Same Day Hot Water Service quoted around half the price to replace a valve on the hot water system, and I later learned the tank itself did not need replacing despite being quoted for a full replacement. Abdul was lovely, very polite and just the right chatty, not too much. He could have asked me for dustpan and brush instead of using a roll of toilet paper , though. That would have been preferable:) Still clearing up after oneself is great.
