SilverWater Plumbing has become our go-to plumbing service for the lady 3 years. Friday 7/02/25 Ryan paid a complementary visit to check out the health of the Evo Heat pump that was installed 3 years ago. Perfect score. He suggested we might consider installing a water-filter and we agreed. It was installed that same morning. Plumbers from SilverWater Plumbing are always helpful, prompt, courteous and efficient. They were good and great. Not excellent. Did the job in the time they advised and were no hidden costs, all agreed and transparent up front. Professional business practices. Common courtesy from the team. Respectful. However, I don’t know enough about plumbing but some of their work didn’t seem 100% professional. They installed used insulation on pipework instead of new material and had pipework tapped directly from mains water meter and gas meters. The technicians, were very polite and left the site clean.The installation didn't take as long as inspected. The office staff were also great. Would recommend Silverwater Plumbing and Electrical to everyone. Their quote was not the highest or cheapest.

The team from Silverwater Plumbing were very professional. We had a problem with water hammer which other plumbers had been unable to fix. After checking everything Silverwater plumbing came up with a solution which fixed the issue.

Silverwater Plumbing came highly recommended to me by a couple of my neighbour's and my local FB page. They were prompt, professional and most importantly fixed my leaking taps in less than 24 hours. No aggressive selling or price gouging. The plumber Medhane, was lovely and a gentleman. I recommend these guys very highly. EXCELLENT experience. Thank you. Tasman was an excellent plumber, he went through everything with me first, got the job done with minimal fuss, and discussed it with me after. He is polite, respectful and pleasant to deal with. Tasman left the toilet cleaner at the end of the job that it was before. The company Silver Water has excellent customer service.
