The plumber who showed up, on time and on the same day we made the booking, was named Gagan. We felt he was very personable, courteous, and professional. He had everything he needed on-hand to repair and replace our taps, and the fixed price service was wonderful.

Our laundry tap has been leaking for a while. We contacted the Silverwater Plumbing and the plumber was very polite and provided the options and quote for each option. We opted to change the two taps to the new type to avoid future leaking problem and for ease of turn on/off the water. Though it costs more than just fix the leak. The work was done quickly and neatly.

I would highly recommend these guys !! All the staff are excellent and courteous. Their pricing and quotes were precise and reasonable. Their communication was excellent. The installation guys were brilliant !! on time, polite and courteous, quick and left their work area clean and tidy, excellent !!!! Would definitely use these guys again and highly recommend them.

Good service. I had a mystery smell in my 1930s/40s cottage that I suspected was a cracked sewer pipe under the house. He turned up, looked around and asked for $150 to investigate bc I suspected it was coming from under the house. That was fair enough, and he went and investigated. It turned out to be a drain in the patio at the back of the house, fully accessible above ground that had, before the previous owners renovated about 2 yrs ago, been the waste for the kitchen. Have been using Silverwater Plumbing for a number of years now and always find them to be ultra professional. Work is always to a very high standard and they turn up on time. Have used a few plumbers over the past 30 years and they are by far the best.

I have my electric hot water replaced with heat pump system. The whole process from inquiry (Fpieffer), the inspection for quote (Ryan) and installation (Medhane & team) was smooth and pleasant. On the day of installation Medhane make sure everything installed and worked properly. They also took care of the gov rebates and deducted straight away from the quotation. I would highly recommend Silverwater Plumbing for their service. I'm glad to chose them when searching for the installer and read some reviews.

Submitted a query through their website and heard back almost straight away. Someone was organised to come out the following morning and our plumbing issue was resolved quickly, happy with the timely and effective service.
