We asked for an assessment and quote for a heat pump hot water system. Got an appointment quickly and when the worker checked everything at 10.30am he said it could be installed that day. We went ahead and Ali and apprentice Ahmed set to work. They were polite, efficient and explained everything. The electrician arrived after plumbing work was completed and was likewise polite and explained everything. We haven't got the hot water yet so can't comment on the system but would recommend Silverwater Plumbing.

Needed gas line and heater pressure tested as we could smell lpg. Medhane (the plumber) was very thorough and his work was meticulous. The price was expensive though.
