Tasman came on time, was exceptionally diligent in his work, identified the real problem that other plumbers hadn’t, dismissed problems others had said were the cause, and suggested a permanent solution for the future. Discussed the matter with us and showed us the issue. He was pleasant and personable, and clearly explained the plumbing situation. Would call him for any plumbing needs.

Guys turned up roughly on time. Very polite, cooperative young tradesmen that left the site clean and removed any product packaging. Couldn’t fault the process. Evo270 working as expected (although it’s very big!)

Very efficient workman, arrived on time for the job. Very clean workman and very approachable in explaining what had to be done and checked all other plumbing connections to make sure nothing else needed servicing.

Silverwater is efficient in providing a competitive quote. With 10% deposit they came on the next day to install the istore 270 litre. The team was punctual and professional. They completed the job in 3 hours and tidy up the place including taking away the big box. They are polite and explained what I need to know. Great job.
