I wanted a company that I could be sure was reliable, and would come when they said they would. I chose Scotty's even though it was the most expensive quote, as they had good reviews here and seemed on-the-ball when I phoned for a quote. In your reply you seem to have confused me with someone else. This is certainly not my move you have commented on: I didn't pick up keys on a Thursday afternoon, there was no 5pm issue discussed, my fridge door was not damaged and you are not replacing it. I have provided a fair and truthful account of my experience. I hoped that you would respond in a more constructive manner.
Worst removal company I have ever used. I was only moving next door. 12-16m! I went over the brief of the job, didn't even really need a truck, just carry stuff cupboard to cupboard. Told removalists I needed packers to pack two rooms and people who could run goods from kitchen to kitchen, hall cupboard to hall cupboard etc. All boxed. Let us also mention: You refused us access to the internal stairs, insisting that everything be manhandled to the roof of the truck and from there over the balcony rail - a manoeuvre which is a serious workplace health and safety risk. You talked over the staff when they tried to tell the most efficient means to relocate your goods.
