Hi Graeme Please thank the young men you sent out to move us. They were hard working, well mannered, and very professional. We were also impressed at how fast but carefully the guys worked. We have moved 3 times in the last 3 years and have never had service like your staff gave us. I was extremely satisfied with the service I received from Harry and the young gentleman that delivered my treadmill. From the moment I spoke to Harry on the phone firstly to get a quote , then when I rang back and made a booking I got amazing service. I did receive lower quotes but it was the great customer service I experienced that made me go with your company. Hi Graeme, Firstly, your response to the on line enquiry was fast and friendly, whereas I was getting calls from other companies a day or 2 later. Secondly, your price was competitive. Not a problem. I have moved many times before and last year moved interstate with Crown who charged (luckily the company!!) a ridiculous amount and i really wasn't impressed even though they were told to give us their VIP treatment.
