Chloe took full ownership to urgently resolve an issue with a bad smell coming from under the house. Great response, nothing like the slow property managers from other rentals in the past.
A faulty smoke alarm that was going off and unable to be disconnected was causing a huge disturbance to me and the other owners/ tenants in the building. The staff sent a contractor out immediately and followed up to see it'd been seen to.
Attentive friendly real estate agents. Easy and manageable systems in place to make rent payments and/or raise any issues.
Chloe was kind and straight to the point with getting our washing machine replaced. She kept in contact with us and kept us updated throughout the whole process
Once the maintenance issue was reported, the Rent Star Team were very responsive in attending to the matter and arranging a company to contact me to organise repairs.
